Changing Your Ticket Itinerary
We exchange tickets in person at ticket counters or by contacting Customer Care (during business hours) at 1-800-343-9999.
The travel date, time, customer name, and origin/destination are able to exchanged.
A flat ticket exchange fee of $5/$10 and the difference in cost of your new ticket will be applied.
For tickets where the original fare is $10.00 and under, the exchange fee is $5. For tickets where the original fare is over $10.00, the exchange fee is $10. A transaction cost of $2.50 – $5.00 per ticket, will also apply.
The ticket exchange must take place at least two (2) hours before the departure time (and date) specified on the ticket.
Tickets not exchanged two (2) hours before departure are not eligible for re-issue – a new ticket for the newly intended travel date/time should be purchased. The original ticket will remain non-refundable.
Applicable holiday blackout restrictions may apply.
Commuter tickets cannot be exchanged or extended.
